The Print Process

Our apparel printing process is called “Direct-to-Garment”. This state-of-the-art technology, unlike silk-screening and sublimation, allows you to utilize your full-color logo to its highest potential. Our process allows garment printing of up to 680 DPI (dots per inch) and thousands of colors. We use a non-plastic ink which bonds within the fabric.

With this state of the art process cracking, chipping, peeling and/or fading is reduced to its lowest point ever. The texture of the print does not appear thick or patchy; bonding with the fabric allows the printed area to breathe and will not create a “sweat patch” in hot or muggy conditions.

“Name Merging” is now quick, easy and painless. If you have 200 units needing to be personalized by Size, Name, Number, Rank and/or Title, don’t worry!. Send the details with your order; we do all the work for you with the fastest turnaround in the industry.
